I would need to see your RagePluginHook.log (with Grammar Police installed and you attempting to use it)

Not caused by Grammar Police. You didn't need to try four different ways to contact me. Ever heard of time zones?

Grammar Police doesn't do any of those things. I think you are confusing it with Immersive Dispatch.

You should probably reinstall Immersive Dispatch (it's not my plugin)

You will need to disable it, not just stop it. And keep in mind this is just the most likely cause, not the only possible cause.

Grammar Police doesn't have a 10-97, so I suspect you also have Immersive Dispatch which might be responsible for your edit. I've never heard of that. As for the first issue, GP doesn't actually accept callouts because the LSPDFR API doesn't have a method for it. GP attempts to get around this by using AutoIt to simulate the Y keypress. Now it should read the keybind from your config, so just changing the keybind shouldn't break it. But if you remove the keybind or bind it to something already in use, that can break it. Also, sometimes reinstalling the AutoIt dll can resolve things. If none of that works, please upload your RagePluginHook.log and I can take a look.

It's usually nahimic service and disabling it is sufficient. I have also seen MSI Dragon and Sonic Suite cause issues. But it can be any 3rd party audio software. You would disable nahimic through Windows services

Most likely cause is lack of audio. Make sure you're using the Windows default input device and double-check the volume.
