  2. Unfortunately the pack was removed from LSPDFR pending creation of an updated version. All the old files were lost.

  6. This is the missing part I didn’t even know I needed! Thanks for releasing!
  7. Ayyy, good to know you got it figured out! Lmk if you run into any other issues.
  8. Hey, I’m not going to have access to my computer til probably tomorrow night or later. Try making the extra light a child of the spotlight dummies in ZMOD. I’m not entirely sure that’s what I did as I haven’t touched this file in a while and the spotlight turret thing is already too complex in an of itself lol. Tbh I attribute getting to to work more to luck than skill lol. Ill open up my files hopefully tomorrow night and try to get a definitive answer for ya!

  11. I think @SoCal Theroand the others said it best, Its another dev model for the community and frankly one I have been waiting for for a long time! Model looks great in game and is very well optimized. Great work man and thanks for releasing it!
  12. Noted, Ill get around to looking into it however developing cars is not as high on my priority list rn; Does the OpenIV Install work?
  13. Great part! Been looking for this for a while!
  14. @Kyler78 Yes the project is still going. We have a free new release exclusively on the project discord. It does not include any ADOT cars as of yet but I hope to change that soon.
  15. Update via Discord (5/22/2020): Hello again! To give another update on progress, I have been trying to figure out for several weeks now how to get the spotlight to work to be compatible with the spotlight plugin. If you are unfamiliar with the plugin, the plugin simulates a spotlight by creating a corona and having a stream of light create a cone away from it, like a spotlight....go figure. Its one of the classic plugins on LCPDFR. Well there was an update to this plugin that allowed vehicle developers to tie in vehicle weapons to function as a spotlight, such as the tank cannon, or searchlight on a helicopter. This was a pain in the ass to figure out as the only mod that uses this is Coastal Callouts and none of the developers seemed to want to respond to my messages (no hard feelings). In addition, no one on any forum or discord knew how to or didn't want to share. Well, I finally figured it out and incorporated it into the mod. I have attached a video showing an example of what I mean. This will be incorporated into all future developments in the project. It is not required to use the spotlight mod when the test files become available, but out of respect for the many days it took me to do this, please use it. Happy Modding! -Chief1234 New WIP Screenshot!

  19. Its in the works, I am still trying to figure out the intricacies to it myself.
  20. This plugin is awesome and its something that I've been waiting for for a while. As a vehicle modeler though I lean towards @Terry Sloman's comment as I am one that uses alley lights on my cars. However, I completely understand @Sebo's point as what parts a modeler uses is completely different from person to person. My only suggestion is why not do what the classic Indicator IV script did way back in the GTA IV days and have the front and back indicators steady burn. That way almost every vehicle vanilla and modded is compatible as soon as you release it. I'm in no way savvy with scripting but if this is feasible, alter what Indicator IV did and have front indicators and rear taillights. Again I am in no way a scripter and have no clue how GTA V would react to a script doing this, its just simply my input.
  21. I just used one of the Unity Spotlights from DEV Resources. You have to setup the car properly to use the spotlight as a weapon turret and change the handling.meta to account for the weapon as a spotlight.
  22. The singular light on the front bar is called a Traffic Pre-Emption Device or similarly known as Opticom. It comes in many different forms some using a strobe light (light depicted in my model), infared, and GPS. When its activated it sends a signal to controlled access gates (like gated communities or entrances to city/state property) and traffic lights equipped with it. This signal then allows them to take priority either in the form of changing the light green and 'holding' it or opening the gate. Many police departments don't use it but it is very common with the fire department. Here's a few pictures below that represent the strobe version in real life applications. It comes in many different forms. I added some text to explain where they are. LMK if you have anymore questions.
  23. It crashed ELS? I'm not sure that's possible in a vehicle model. But either way, if you don't want to download it more power to you.
