LIPDProductionsInc's post in How to add higway cars on higway? was marked as the answerFollow this guide on how to install add-on cars, then go into lspdfr/data/agency.xml, scroll down until you see the highway patrol agency you have, then I would recommend making a new Loadout field, naming it Patrol Unit, then adding the vehicles by their YFT model names into the Vehicles field, like how it is done in the Motor Unit loadout. Make sure to include the peds too. A more detailed version can be found on the wiki documentation.
