In OpenIV, go to mods-->update-->update-->common-->data.  Extract "visualsettings.dat" to your desktop and open it.  Once you have it open, press CTRL F and look for "car.defaultlight.emissive.on".  Directly under that once you find it will be a night time option.  Just enter a lower number.  Save it, and drag it right back into the data folder you pulled it from.

@OfficerFive0 I absolutely love your sheriff pack and the way you set up the primary/secondary lighting. I love the unsynchonized look, more realistic. Is there an easy way to change the colors since there's no stand alone els emissive? I'm trying to do one side red and the other blue with no flashing white.
