  1. I will try to look into it this weekend. Please let me know if this also happens for other callouts.
  2. I don't think that callout is from my plugin. In the code my robbery callouts are named RobberyInProgress and SecuricarRobbery, and not Robbery. I think it is a callout of LCPDFR. Also, I just uploaded the new version of the plugin (still has to be approved). I recompiled it, so it should now work with LCPDFR 1.0c. There is also one new callout: cardiac arrest.
  3. I hope to take a look at it this weekend, it should not take that long to fix, I think.
  4. Nice work! I was also thinking recently of making a plugin like this, but I don't have the time, so I'm glad you're doing it. Can't wait for the next version.
  5. A bank robbery with multiple heavily armed suspects could be fun indeed. I have added it to my to-do list. A larger shoot out with cops already on the scene sounds interesting as well, I will try and see if I can implement it in the future.
  6. Ok, good news, I just uploaded the new version of WoutersCallouts. It is now up for approval by lcpdfr staff. Three new callouts in this version: Securicar robbery Civilian attacked in building Suicide attempt I also fixed a lot of bugs and did some tweaks on the callouts already in the plugin.
  7. Correct. Actually, the circle currently stays the same size, even if the thief goes further away. I have fixed this for the upcoming release. Now the circle will grow while the thief gets further away. This release will probably be somewhere in the next two weeks or so.
  8. That's weird, I will look into this issue. This problem is due to GTA IV's memory being full (tend to happen more with a lot of modded vehicles) and it can't spawn the peds. I tried to implement a fix for the next release that will hopefully make this occur less often. Sure, suggestions are more than welcome. This one is actually already on my list. I hope to be adding it in a future release.
  9. Ok, time for an update. I am currently working on the next version of the plugin. I hope to have it released in a month or so, but I am currently also very busy with other things. The new version will have bugfixes and 3 new callouts: fight in a building, securicar robbery, suicide attempt. I have also attached some screens to this post.
  10. This happens sometimes when the mod tries to spawn the bomb squad, there is no room left in memory for GTA to spawn the vehicles and such. If this happens it will say in the logfile something like: Could not create bomb squad vehicle or Could not create squad member For the next release I have a piece of code running before attempting to spawn something, which removes unnecessary vehicles and peds if something like that happens, so it will occur less frequent. I know the issue occurs more often if you have modded vehicles (which generally cost more memory). If this happens you can still end the callout by blowing the vehicle up yourself.
  11. Thanks for your feedback. I took a look at you TrafficAccidentPedestrian issue. I believe you may have accidentally arrested a witness instead of the driver. I will make it more clear in the next release who the driver is.
  12. There should not be any compatibility issues with other plugins using the API. So it should work nicely alongside LukeD's additional callouts.
  13. Ok, I have just uploaded the files to the downloads section. It is now "being reviewed by LCPDFR staff". Probably going to take a few hours before appearing in the downloads section.

Since the release of LCPDFR v1.0 I have been experimenting with the new API. Since I am one of the (probably) many people who think LCPDFR would benefit from more callouts, I think the addition of the API is a major step and I believe we will see a lot more plugins with additional callouts, greatly increasing the variety of callouts in LCPDFR. I should mention that this is a work-in-progress, and I think it will stay that way. There will always be new callouts to add and different scenarios or locations to be added. Callouts in this plugin Automatic Burglar Alarm Assistance to LTA (Liberty City Transport Authority) Fuel theft Traffic collision involving pedestrian Suspicious parked vehicle Robbery in progress Indecent exposure Civilian attacked in building Securicar robbery Suicide attempt Cardiac arrest In future releases, I will keep adding new callouts and improve the current ones. Installation instructions To install the plugin, simply copy all the files in the .zip-archive to the "lcpdfr" (or "LCPDFR") folder in your GTA IV directory. If Windows asks if you want to overwrite files/merge folders, answer positively. Support/feedback Please leave all questions, problems, bug reports, suggestions and other feedback in the topic on the forum: Notes This plugin only works with the newest LCPDFR releases, which are 1.0a or newer, because it is dependent on the LCPDFR API.
  14. Currently I am doing some final tests and tweaking. I expect to release the first callouts either at the end of this week or next week.
  15. [WIP] [beta] WoutersCallouts More callouts for LCPDFR Introduction Since the release of LCPDFR v1.0 I have been experimenting with the new API. Since I am one of the (probably) many people who think LCPDFR would benefit from more callouts, I think the addition of the API is a major step and I believe we will see a lot more mods (I should say plugins) with additional callouts, greatly increasing the variety of callouts in LCPDFR. I should mention that this is a WorkInProgress, and I think it will stay that way. There will always be new callouts to add and different scenarios or locations to be added. Of course, suggestions for improvements or new callout ideas are more than welcome. The callouts that can be found in the current release: Automatic Burglar Alarm Assistance to LTA (Liberty Transport Authority) Fuel theft Traffic collision involving pedestrian Suspicious parked vehicle Robbery in progress Indecent exposure Securicar robbery Civilian attacked in building Suicide attempt Cardiac arrest I am working on a few other callouts, but I am not yet confident about their stability and/or gameplay, so they might be in a later release or I might not release them at all: People protesting Murder Other than these callouts, I also plan to make lots of other callouts. I will not list them all, but a few I think should not be skipped are: Hit and run Bar fight etc...
