We process thousands of downloads daily, and have a dedicated infrastructure to serve files.
Most often, this is an issue with a users' antivirus product, or firewall product. 
Before replying, please try disabling these products before continuing.
Include the following information:

  • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and advertised speed
  • Your Browser and Version
  • Any other information you feel may be relevant.
