Nice work! My game actually launches now! I still get the "Fatal Error" when loading RPH after the "velocity limit removed" appears, and lspdfr goes haywire so still kinda dead in the water

Afternoon all, So as many of us are so pleased after the updates from Rockstar every other afternoon, my game goes to sh*t. So then the time comes to wait for everyone to update their stuff (RPH, Scripthook, Plugins, ect). I've attempted to revert to the older version to work properly, while waiting for the main scripthooks to be updated as I know many mods need these to function, but can't get passed the game wanting to update itself again. What are some ways around this so we can actually get my game to start and utilize my mods such as vehicles and LSPDFR while we wait? Also to get all the previously listed to work, without being forced to update after reverting via RPH...

Yeah I have radiance v but for some reason the vector from the chp pack isn't bright at all.

So that will make the police lightbar lights brighter?

Anyone know which line to edit to make my lights brighter in certain vehicles? I have a added car whose rotating lights are colored but not very bright at all, even at night. Other vehicle's lights are bright as heck - using radiance v.

So after the updates, the errors have begun. Rph, script hook ect have been updated. Mods folder has been updated. Open iv asi loaders have been reinstalled. Game runs but no els. I get an error specific to els regarding an Exception when trying to load els.asi. "CORE: An exception occurred while executing els.asi (0x00007FFD30DC50E0, id 40"

All, I've attempted to replace the Titan with the Coast Guard C-130, but no matter what I do, the default Titan still spawns. I've replaced all locations for the Titan and still the default spawns.. Suggestions?

Hello all, As per usual, had the update and my game goes to sh*t. My ELS does not work, just tail lights flash. I run the "plugin update checker" and it tells me my gtav.exe needs to be updated. Thought that was done with the actual update of the game?? I am assuming this has something in common with my ELS not working?

So what was the actual fix to this problem??

Fixed: Unchecked the Command line option -enableCounterMeasuresAgainstOnlineVehicleRemoval is specified; enabling counter measures against removal of online vehicles in singleplayer.

Well, both eliminate the initial crash. The first one just makes the game load forever and never actually start. The second causing all of my plugins to crash and thus never start the game. I also have an memory error saying to restart and "Fatal Error" as the third piece of text when RPH begins to load. Lord baby jesus..

Yes. I've done some digging, I uninstalled the "ASI Loader" via OpenIV. My game launches fine, with the exception of the related vehicle models, scripts ect that follow. If I reinstall it, my game goes back to crashing.

Attached: I'm at a loss for words as to what may have caused this random crash. It worked fine the other day. I load it up today after adding some cars and now it crashes. The cars have been added one by one to weed them out as the cause but no matter what I do, it crashes.
