Scratch made the entire car, completely different one from the beta :P

This looks epic. The lightbar looks like an interesting one to create new flash patterns for with the carcols file. Will there be a steel rim version as well?

not my base model, so im not sure if this should even have a flex fuel badge. I understand what years have them, but i'm not even sure what year Underwood based his off of lol.

Underwood's even being a mess as it is, it did have the flex fuel badge. Try Murphy's CVPI, then. His fixes 99% of the problems with Underwood's. The model you seem to have is 2009-2010. All models of the Crown Victoria starting in 2008 have the flex fuel badge.

This one will not have a steelie version, PBSO only uses hubcaps on these versions of cruisers.

It's the exact same model. Only has cosmetic changes to it. You should easily be able to switch the models.
