Helicopter rescue hoist operations

This looks really great, looking forward to it :) but the steady helicopter thing makes it kind of easy hoist up peds, it would be cool if you could add a little bit of movement to the sides, back and front, but it doesn't matter, all that matters is that we're gonna get this new feature to play with :), thanks for your hard work

As  I said, very early in development. The helicopter will legitimately hover; I just haven't finished tweaking the task for it yet.

Eventually. Better EMS 2.0 is set to release this weekend, and of course this isn't anywhere near ready enough for any kind of release. It'll hopefully make it into Better EMS 3.0, whenever that might come out. It's going to take quite a bit more work to make this playable, but I am looking forward to eventually releasing it!
