@fatfluffycat Yeah. Honestly people don't realize how lucky we are that GTA V can do what it can do and be so stable.

I NEVER crash anymore.  The thing that gets me out of game would be texture loss after 2 hours of playing.

I would imagine lots of RAM and a good graphics card. Upgrading from 8 gigs of ram and a 660ti to a 970 and 16 gb of RAM helped immensely. I rarely got any more crashes in IV. But that was just me.

@MikoFiticus I have a 970 and 8 gigs of ram so maybe I should upgrade the ram. Not JUST for this but it would help in general too. Should I?

I'd say so. How many gigs of VRAM does your 970 have? I have 4 Gb. That would help a lot too.

@MikoFiticus Mine has 4 as well.

The biggest thing that helped was upgrading to Win 10 due to its increased performance with memory allocation.  It definitely increases performance by at least 50%.

I would suggest you just go for GTA-V because all these things are just a matter of time.

oh ok i love gta v i just thought about trying it out but keepin hearing that its too unstable
