At 19.11, Ofc. C. Lusterfuch was about to effectuate a traffic-stop on a maroon Bilista compact with a broken tail-light when a fire-fighter attempted to branch out from his normal tasks by picking a fight with the operator, the fire-fighter was placed under arrest.
