Clearly you do not understand the current situation of the modding community. No good caprices will appear in the download section and sure as hell not in the LCPDFR download section. The caprice is not being released for the moment and it is what it is. The skin are based of North Charleston SC Police Departement scheme. I will be also doing the crown vic which I will probably release. Thank you for your comments

My models get stolen and this community is supportive of those thieves whilst I get criticized and censored for trying to defend work. I don't believe such a community is deserving, especially when there is a majority of people that feel they're entitled to your work regardless of general respect for the wishes of the author. Its my decision on whether to release my work or not.
