What does section 215.b say? :P Just wondering if you though that far ahead in advance for people like me lol Section 215: 215: A: Failure to duly alert motorists prior to encountering any hazard, obstructions or unreasonable modifications during highways maintenance shall be punished by fines no less than $100. B: Motorists may be considered duly warned if the scene is marked with state approved signs & static signalling equipment as per section 185, failure to do so shall be punished by fines no less than $100. Liberty State Court has mandated that the on-scene personnel are responsible for ensuring that motorists are duly warned. A following ruling mandated that the highest ranking personnel is responsible, seniority has the final say if there's more than 1 person with the highest rank present on-scene. There's only one worker on scene in the photo, thus leaving him with the responsibility of duly warning motorists.

Go about your duty :)
