Fisherman out in Cottonwood Lake underestimated nature and froze to death when cooking dinner. NYSP Rangers and the search and rescue team helicopter arrived on the scene only to declare him Dead on Arrival... It's common to see lost souls that try to brave the wilderness this time of the year, but the Cottonwood Area gets below freezing temperatures and snow blizzards. NYSP troopers advise people to just stay home and chill...
