Tenants at the Blackwoods Housing Projects reported a suspicious truck parked across the street for a very long time. Troopers couldn't locate the vehicle tag in the system. Lots of old magazines, hand-written poems, and even a philosophy book were found inside the car, though. Vehicle was towed to the NYSP parking lot in Ludendorff to await processing...
