GTA IV Galleries

General Overview

Our gallery is open to all members, regardless of registration date, post count or anything else. As a result of this, we have to impose a clear set of rules in order to keep the gallery and all of the images within it relevant, suitable and legal.

Profanity, Nudity, Gore & Pornography

Unlike all other areas of the G17 Media network, images containing virtual profanity, full nudity, sexual content and/or gore are permitted in this gallery section, so long as they comply with all other guidelines. This means that images from Grand Theft Auto IV or Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City may contain blood, nudity, sexual content or profane gestures without limitation or restriction, so long as the images are completely fictional and virtual, taken straight from the original game, using elements available in the original game and not edited or otherwise modified. This is not an excuse to upload animated pornography, or anything else not in compliance with the conditions above.

Discrimination

Similar exemptions are made for images which could be deemed to show discrimination if the image is taken from Grand Theft Auto IV or Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City, featuring only elements available in the original game, not edited or modified in any way and completely fictional.

Spamming & Advertising

We expect that each gallery image is unique and free from any form of advertising. The same or very similar images should not be uploaded to this gallery section. Furthermore, no more than 5 images should be uploaded to any gallery category in a 30 minute time-frame. Additionally, in order to avoid clutter of the Latest Gallery Updates display panel on the Board Index, we will delete any images which we feel spam or otherwise clutter the panel. Finally, this gallery section is not your personal advertising tool - do not use it to showcase mods, files, or any other type of media unless said mod, file or other form of media is hosted by G17 Media, such as a mod you have uploaded to our site.

What kind of content is allowed in this gallery section?

• Any image from Grand Theft Auto IV with conforms to the rules detailed above

   

• Any image from Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City with conforms to the rules detailed above

   

Examples of content that is forbidden:

• Renders of in-development modifications, such as a 3DSMax screenshot, OpenIV screenshots, etc.

   

• Copyrighted material

   

• Real life pictures

   

• Templates and texture files

   

• Images of other games

   

• Advertisements

Please note that by submitting your media to our gallery, you agree that you own or have the necessary rights to all copyrights or other proprietary rights in your media. Furthermore, by submitting your media to the gallery, you grant G17 Media a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your photos on any G17 Media service or website (basically, this just means that we can use your images for banners, backgrounds and other media, like how we have done for Crime Statistics signatures, etc.).

Do not submit your images to our gallery if you do not agree to these rules and terms.
