So I want to import cars in my game but when I search them on my deskopt I can't find them ... I make the same thing that i see on the tutorials but i can't found the files :/ help please :)

They are there where you unpacked/downloaded them (Downloads folder, perhaps?). And yes, you need to download them, as they won't appear on your desktop.

What is a bit easier, is to download OpenIV (corresponding to your game), and go to models, cdimages, vehicle.img, and then go to the top where you will find "Edit mode", click that. Then on your desktop, mouse over and drag the .wfd and .wtd to Open IV.

Most cars come in a .zip/.rar archive file, so you need a program to un compress them, with that program you can choose what location you want your files to be put, then using OpenIV or SparkIV (whatever one you use) go to your vehicles.img then import the files that are there, and don't forget to click save! (if using SparkIV)
