The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi stranger! Thanks for the reply. It did include a carvariation file which I installed with Open IV at the exact location it said to.
Though this problem still persists, has for a while now.

I had previously used the following fire truck, with a similar issue. Also, when called, the fire truck would not show up when I had the sterling installed. I installed the Pierce to try and resolve this, and it does show up now, but with the strobe issue.

I prefer replacement, so I did that.

 

Also switched back to the Sterling cause lights worked fine, but it doesn't respond as backup. 

Sorry for any confusion this may cause.
