The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

The locker room and jail cells of the mission row station have become inacsessible. when i go to into another police station it puts me under the map instead of in the locker room. 

Anyone know how to fix?

    Not unless you get a better graphics card no, reduce until it is stable.

    I have a NVidia 1080 ti. 
    I think it should be able to run gta 5. 
     

    the thing is I’ve been using the locker rooms fine until today.

    This has nothing to do with your GPU. 
    Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.

     

    if that didn't fix it, see if ForcingDuty gives you texture loss as well.
