The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello,

I'm pretty new to the whole LSPDFR thing and I am interested in running fire and EMS calls, as well. This might be a stupid question, but is it possible to run LSPDFR and Rescue Mod V together, or is anyone doing this?.

It is possible, but Keybinds will overlap.
So I recommend only having one installed / running at the same time.

No, LSPD:FR is only for police. If you want to play as a firefighter, I think there is a Mod out there from, a French Modder.
It's old though, so it may not work.
