Ever since I've installed this I have been having nothing but problems..

You get any crash when you play the game normally from Steam?

yeah, this one.. loads up starts going through the character screens and then it crashes. 

Can confirm, I get to the police department, locker room, 5 seconds later freeze as in Froze then discover the dreaded message "Program Not Responding"

Start the game again using RPH and send the new rph log

Make sure you place your plugins in the right folder. Your AssortedCallouts.dll should be inside /plugins/LSPDFR and NOT  /plugins

If that didn´t fix it, upload the new rph log

please check your PM's. 

what are your lspdfr settings we may have to disable some things to troubleshoot what is causing the issue.... if you are able to load in game it could be a settings issue try the following

I start rage and then it hooks and starts rockstart laucher and goes in to the game at bottom  right side it says loading lspdfr  I start on duty and then a messages comes up staying lspd has stopped working.  I have tried uninstalling rage and lspdfr.  And doing a clean install.  And no change

First, maybe you should open another topic and always upload your ragepluginhook.log 🙂
