I have built LSPDFR to my liking for the past four months. Up until the December GTA update, everything worked fine. I have learned a lot about coding and I'd only be here if I don't know what to do. People on Reddit aren't entirely sure what going on, same with people on Discord. All I did differently to my game was update RPH, LSPDFR, Scripthook, OpenIV and the update.rpf file, and GTA itself.

That's a really old log. 
Does RPH ever launch for you? it seems like it doesn't. Do you get any error message?

No, that log was from the last time RPH launched the game. Now, whenever I go to start GTA, using GTA5.exe or the RPH app, it just shows the RPH graphic but doesn't do anything else
