When i start rage hook, it says i have 1737 game version installed but it only accepts 1868, i have checked if my gta is up to date, i also have checked if my rage is up to date, i've reinstalled GTA, i've also reinstalled LSPDFR as well. Not sure what to do from here.

Please delete GTA5.exe, located in your GTA V folder, and verify your game files after.

For the Retail version of GTA V: Open the Rockstar Games launcher -> Locate "Settings" in the top right corner -> Select under "My Installed Games" Grand Theft Auto 5 -> Select Verify Integrity.

For the Steam version of GTA V: Right click Grand Theft Auto V in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity Of Game Cache

have you updated the rage hook that comes with lspdfr packed in?. and if you need to reinstall it. delete the gta folder from steam apps or it wont download a fresh copy of gta

I have not checked that i thought the one i have was the one with LSPDFR packed in. Im going to try reinstalling RAGE with LSPDFR once more and hope it works, any links to one that i should download? I've been grabbing the one form here 

 

yea thats the right one. install lspdfr 0.4.6 then install a fresh copy of rage plugin hook. i used this link for rage.

I get the same thing. I've attached a picture of what i keep getting. I just installed RAGE from that link as well as i have LSPDFR installed again and same thing...

you might need to delete your game files and redownload gta a fresh copy, you said you had the latest gta updates, ask stranger to have a look a rageplugin hook log.

You dont need to fully reinstall.

Here is what you do:

Steam:
1. Open your library.

2. Find GTA5 and right click on it.

3. Select Properties.

4. Find the tab that allows you to verify the integrity of your game cache.

5. Do that.

 

Retail:

1. Go into your GTA 5 Main Directory.

2. Find the file called "GTA5Launcher".

3. Right click and make a shortcut. Keep the shortcut in the directory with the original.

4. Right click the shortcut and go to properties.

5. In the Shortcut tab under the Target line, add a space and add "-verify" to it.
6. Press okay and launch the shortcut. It will update the game.
