The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I get a error loading package 

Unknown file extension. Package file must be .oiv or .zip.

Please check log file for error details.

    You are trying to install a .rar file in OpenIv. That won't work.
    Open the .zip and see if it has a .oiv file. If so, put it on your Desktop and install it via the PackageInstaller in OpenIV.
