The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

As part of the process of adding NEW (addon) vehicles into the game using Albo's Modding DLC Pack, one has to modify the vehicles.meta file. One of the paramaters that should be changed is the <audioNameHash> paramater which I assume assigns a sound profile to that vehicle.

 

What are the available options and how do they relate to the default vehicles (so I know which profile is most appropriate by comparison to add to my custom vehicle)?
