I have a clean copy of GTA V installed.   I tried renaming my mods folder and the game continues to crash. attached is my ragehook text

Do you have an ELS folder? If so, rename that to _ELS.

i dont have an els folder

 

Try reinstalling LSPD:FR manual.

Make sure you have all of the requirements installed. If it says you already have them installed; reinstall them to be sure.

Then, add your GTAV folder (named Grand Theft Auto V, nothing else) to your Antivirus exceptions.

tried that also, didnt fix it

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.

lol this just keeps crashing

I dont have a mods folder and i use avast.  Ive created exceptions for gta v and lspdfr

And with the exception it still crashes?
