The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Yeah. And for whatever reason, I can't get anything done with default LSPDFR settings either now.

sidenote, I had to keep COPHOLSTER, as the new animated holster unholster that is supposed to be part of .4.6 for what ever reason does not work at all.
