The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have an issue.

 

So, I went through the support forum in order to get LSPDFR to work only to have two issues: EUP is not recognized and I have RDE. With the latter, they are not recognizing the RDE vehicles at all.  So, I am trying to figure out what is happening.

 

I recently reinstalled LSPDFR 0.45 along with the recent edition of RPH and Script Hook V.

 

Here is my RPH log for details.

    Tried this approach and it did not solve the problem relating to the uniform and the RDE cars are still not showing up because of the renaming from "mods" to "_mods." I reverted that folder to the original name, only to crash.

     

    Here is my RPH log, and I am tossing in the files on my GTAV folder into the mix as well.

    If it crashes with mods, but not _mods, then it's your mods folder crashing your game, like I said.

    RDE has also not been updated in 2 years. 

    You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?
