Hi, I need a few cars to be added with ELS lights and sirens so that I can begin making my own skins with it! Hopefully someone can help! Will provide pictures of the mod I will be making so as to possibly allow you to pick an ELS light similar to it? Thanks!

I think this is more than just adding lightbars really bud. It looks to me like they'll need templating too. I'm on my phone so I could be wrong. Do you know if these are unlocked models ?

Ok, so I've downloaded these cars. Every one of them are locked, so we can't mod them.
