The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I haven't installed any mods, and when I open RPH, I get the ERR_FIL_PACK_1 (Game Error. Please Reboot and restart the game) error on the loading screen.

    Can you try loading into singleplayer normally first and then start RPH when you have spawned in?

    Also please upload a screenshot of your game folder, and your latest RagePluginHook.log from your main game folder
