The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Everytime i load up LSPDFR, it shows me a message saying "Eup doesnt have EUP L&O installed" I do have L&O installed, im not sure what to do at this point.

    Check dlclist.xml. If "eup" isn't in it, reinstall it. 

     

    Dlclist.xml: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

    You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?

    Ive reinstalled it, but it still is not there/working. Can i add it to the dlclist.xml manually?

    All you have to do is go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and edit the dlclist.xml and put in <Item>dlcpacks:/eup/</Item> and <Item>dlcpacks:/sup/</Item>, it should look like the picture provided.

    You are in update.rpf.

    The EUP / SAR dlcpacks should be in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
    The dlclist.xml is in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/
