The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Make sure your user is Administrator and that you are running Rage as admin.

    I also see you are on Windows 7. That in itself is not an issue, but it can be later on.

    Please make sure you have all Windows Updates and that you can run Grand Theft Auto V perfectly fine without RPH.

    however I will switch to windows 10 soon, I wanted to try LSPDFR first, because I have never tried it
