Please make sure you have all Windows Updates and that you can run Grand Theft Auto V perfectly fine without RPH.

Then, add your GTAV folder (named Grand Theft Auto V, nothing else) to your Antivirus exceptions.

kikoloko907 reacted to italiasown in Latest updates loaded, LSPDFR won't startAfter the GTAV Heist update, I waited for the updates to be posted, loaded the update for LSPDFR, Ragehook and Scripthook. Now the game loads, and gets the graphics screens of all of the characters changing over and over, but never actually opens the game. Anyone else having this issue?
