    I also see you are on Windows 7. That in itself is not an issue, but it can be later on.

    Please make sure you have all Windows Updates and that you can run Grand Theft Auto V perfectly fine without RPH.

    Make sure you have all of the requirements installed. If it says you already have them installed; reinstall them to be sure.

    Then, add your GTAV folder (named Grand Theft Auto V, nothing else) to your Antivirus exceptions.

    After the GTAV Heist update, I waited for the updates to be posted, loaded the update for LSPDFR, Ragehook and Scripthook. Now the game loads, and gets the graphics screens of all of the characters changing over and over, but never actually opens the game. Anyone else having this issue?

    Not yet, just posted it. I let it run for like 25 mins before i gave up.
