Replace Blaine county vanilla police cars by 2 cars from the Blaine county sheriff modded pack

Because all the packs I've seen so far don't make different skins for the LSPD and the LSSD. 

You can easily do that.
Just place the LSPD pack in dlcpacks and add it to dlclist. If there are cars there you do not want, remove them and the entries in the vehicles.meta the DLC comes with.

For the other cars: Patchday22ng and the vehicles.meta in /Mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5.

 

Make sure you install a costum gameconfig (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars), heap and limit adjuster.

Thank you very much, I think I understand better now.

 

One question tough : I will have 2 vehicles.meta files right ?  One goes into dlcpacks folder and the other into the path you mentionned ? 

Will the dlc police cars totally replace the vanilla police cars, as it will be not into Patchday22ng ? I don't want to have them anymore, only the ones from the packs so it looks as a realistic PD.

I recommend either 1x vanilla or 1.5x. They work fine and don't impact performance too much.
Yes. Every dlcpack has its own vehicles.meta (If they have cars)

And then there is the one in the update.rpf. Which is for replace cars.

LSPD pack has addon + replacement files, so I'm lost because the other pack also has replacement files, and meta... what should I do please ? :(((

You are non-RDE.
Also, DON'T replace the vehicles.meta. Always edit it. 

 

Just copy the ppdaddon to dlcpacks.

i don't have the RDE yes.

I did add the pddaddon to dlcpacks. Will the game replace the vanilla cars with the DLC addons I just did ? Or is there a trick to do for that ?

I just have a dirt bug on my modded vehicules sometimes, its like a dirt texture. Do you know where does it come from ? 

 

Also, my ELS lights arent bright. 

 

 

For your ELS lights: Go into the GTA V settings ingame -> Make sure PostFx and Shader are on Very High / Ultra.

I checked that, they are. I had a similar problem some days ago, I fixed it with a visualsettings edit but taxi lights were super bright. Maybe radiance V will fix it ? 

 

What about the dirt issue ?

Uff, use MVGA. It comes with a taxi light fix and doesn't impact performance like Radiance does.

Yes, it will. 
Visual V isn't bad, to be honest, but MVGA is quite better. I recommend it.

It's a visual mod as well, correct. But it barely affects performance and you can choose to only use the Visualsettings.meta.
I recommend that.

Okay, I installed it via OIV pack in openIV. How do I uninstall it ? There is no uninstall.oiv file
