You need to send the one in your GTA V folder, not /Logs.

It worked but i cant go now on duty

 

So when you press E nothing happens or does it crash?
If it crashes: Send a RagePluginHook.log.
If not: Make sure it says -windowed in commandline.txt.

its stop crashing

 

But when i will go on duty  my lspdfr [ as a plugin not the game ] crash 

So send a log.

Do you have ELS and ScripthookV installed? 
If so, rename the ELS folder to _ELS.

 

Also, can you send a screenshot of /Plugins?

Rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR.

Remove the Persistence mod and raegShowMyLocation.

Do i need really remove rageshowmylocation? Because idk how to know speed limit without that
