The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi ,

 

I don't know much about EUP and I am struggling to understand what is going on here...

 

When I launch the game and spawn in none of my AI characters have the correct uniforms and I don't fully understand why. I previously had EUP installed with no issues and again installed it the same way WITH issues.

    You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?

    I forgot to comment on this again. Sorted the issue out about half an hour ago. I needed to add the LSPDFR configurations as you mentioned.

    I am having the same issue. I have downloaded the EUP Configs and have attempted to put the files in the correct place but my characters are still in crazy outfits. Please Help!!!!

    Did you install the LSPDFR configs, too? 
    You also need all DLCpacks in your /dlcpacks folder & dlclist.xml.

    I had this issue and it turned out to be the EUP Configs, which I thought I had. Somehow I downloaded EUP Settings 1.5 thinking that was the configurations file. Once I downloaded and installed the correct file the issue was fixed.
