Good afternoon from Spain, I have the Ultimate Backup mod that a short time ago the creator withdrew from this website to upload it to his own. One of the characteristics of this mod is that when requesting reinforcements, the agent that comes, becomes your partner.
My question is, is there any way to manually recruit any agent with this mod?

Not too sure what you are asking but you can edit the .xml files to make only a certain type of cop or agent respond and them recruit them from there. 

Partners can be recruited from buddies by facing them from the front and following the prompt, but buddies can only be spawned through the plugin's backup menu; you can't turn ambient or LSPDFR spawned cops into them.
