Traffic advisors are usually Stage 1 Lighting in ELS. Sometimes they are also in Stage 2 Lighting, it depends on what vehicle you´re using.
Traffic advisors are usually used to advise traffic where to go: For example you advise them to pass you on the right, or on the left. Sometimes you might find yourself in the middle of a multilane street, then you might advise Traffic to go around you.

I hope this helped, if not, don´t be afraid to ask further ^w^

How do I change different siren tones on ELS

If you want a different siren for your PD vehicles, you need to install a seperate mod. If you mean changing between different modes, the buttons are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

Hope That Helps! 🙂
