Does anyone know what "Individual is a Pol"? I think it means police but I couldnt find anywhere where it says it. 

Without reading any readme's or manuals, could it mean Person of Interest?

I would assume police officer since that character was a deputy in FCRP

That would mean the "I" would be capitalized and not the "p" and the "o".  Seems odd to me.

No...the names in LSPDFR come from a SAMP server we used to have called FCRP. The character named Joseph Maine was a deputy on the server. Some characters who were deputies may be flagged as police officers in LSPDFR.
