That would mean the "I" would be capitalized and not the "p" and the "o".  Seems odd to me.

No...the names in LSPDFR come from a SAMP server we used to have called FCRP. The character named Joseph Maine was a deputy on the server. Some characters who were deputies may be flagged as police officers in LSPDFR.

Gotcha. Thats really cool. Adds a new level of RP for us unfortunate ppl that do not belong to an RP server 😕
