Ugh don't know what I am doing wrong. I thought it would be easy, but I am getting this error when I trying to install LCPDFR. GTA IV has worked fine before:

Please use the search feature on the site before posting.

1) Make sure your GTA directories are not readonly, especially the COMMON and DATA folders.

2) Also ensure you are running the installer as an administrator.

I'm having this same problem. I have not checked about read only. I will though.
