If i select LSPDFR First Response in Ragepluginhook and start, it stuck at loading game windows from RPH, anyone help me? I dont have anything my files are clean!

did you click play on launcher after running RPH? if not try that

If you have already ran lspdfr once, then the launcher is running in the background, and Rage does not look for it there, you need to open the launcher(not gta5) if its running in the background, see bottom right of this screenshot, then start rage.

I'm experiencing the same problem, game gets stuck after the "Loading LSPDFR Plugin" screen, it just has the spinning wheel in the bottom right, you can gently exit it but that's about it.

i fixed by downloadin the new launcher on gta v website
