I know everyone is pissed about not being able to play LSPDFR with the newest update and R* launcher, but I found a workaround that works for my game. Until ScripthookV is eventually updated, this is the best option to get back into patrolling the streets of San Andreas.

 

The issue I ran into had to do with ScripthookV not supporting the latest game update that came with the Rockstar Launcher, and this solution solves that problem. If your game is crashing or not loading for another reason, I don't know if this solution will help you.

 

 

First, download and install the newest RagePluginHook 1.69

Second, delete scripthookV, nothing else.

Third, install ASI Support.

I had issues with backup responding, so I deleted the "PursuitLib.dll" , "PursuitLib.RPH.dll" and "UnvAsiIntrf.dll" files that the ASI Support plugin provides. 

 

Anyway I hope this helps some of you get back into playing LSPDFR or other mods. Good luck!

I have had this work for be, But removing "PursuitLib.dll" and "PursuitLib.RPH.dll" make it where ASI files wont load like ELS, PLD, BVF All that stuff.

Is it possible to play GTA offline without a net connection?

Did you try playing with those files in? For me, backup or any AI unit would be stuck in place and not be able to drive at all

I got one Problem. Using ASI Support by RPH works for me but my Backup can't move. I try to delete the Files like you said but then nothing works.

I forgot to mention, also delete the "UnvAsiIntrf.dll". Edited the original post as well. 

I tried to use ASI support with RAGE but for some reason every time it crashes RPH when I load into the game. Only way at this point to play LSPDFR or GTA is to wait for SHV to get updated, god knows how long that will take.

Yeah, That's why I wanted to remove them but I cant without some ASI stuff not loading, Now im stuck with stuck backup.

ASISupport is not working for me, everytime I load it it crashes instantly as soon as I load into the game, I don't understand what I'm doing wrong?

 

Is it a incompatible .asi?

Did you remove Scripthook and put in all the files in the main directory?

Just like you say... worked for me. I haven't had to delete the three files as of yet..but all my plugins work... i'm

able to load right up and play...... 5 stars

Is your backup getting stuck in place though?

It seems that its not working for some people, Not sure of the reason. Might just be your game files not liking it.

haven't called for backup   just ran the game and saw that eup   els   my radio and computer worked

and that i was able to perform traffic stops

Yeah, all thats been working but ive been the lone wolf with callouts as they cant go more than -1 MPH.

just called for a transport and you are right it can't hardly move when they get ready to leave

just have to transport them yourself lol

Scripthook is updated, this is essentially not needed anymore
