Ok, I just bought GTA 4 on amazon and installed it on my computer. I run windows 7. What patches and other files do I need to download to get LCPDFR, EVS v6 to work. I just had to reinstall it all because i kept getting errors such as "exception EFcreate error dsound.dll at 0001165C5 asilog.txt access denied. I have admin control, only user on the computer. So I just started over. I just reinstalled GTA4. Thats where I am at. I don't have any patches installed yet or any mods. Where do i go from there. The game works fine right now with nothing installed or anything.

Try running the LCPDFR installer again. Make sure you definatly are running it as admin and also run GTA IV as admin.
