Not only that but the Alt-U spawns me in a helicopter. Is that set by Ultimate Backup? I need to remove those bindings but not sure where to find them. It's not the lcpdfr.ini file.

Do you use any Trainers Like Simple Trainer?

If you're being spawned inside of a helicopter, that's most likely a trainer. The .ini file will be inside of your GTA V main directory and you can remove or change the keybindings there.

 

As for your code 3 backup issue, a plugin such as Ultimate Backup would be handling that. Again, check your .ini inside of the LSPDFR\Plugins folder.

Yeah, I do use TrainerV and I have disabled the keybindings in the trainerV.ini file in addition to disabling it in menu while in the game. But the key presses still trigger the undesirable effect. 

Totally lost on me now...

I even removed the trainerV files. and it's still calling for Code 3 backup when I press U.

I think the helicopter has stopped though.

In your main GTAV folder go to ldpdfr and then keys.  Open it and you should see 2 lines that are like this

 

BACKUP_MENU_Key=B
BACKUP_MENU_ModifierKey=None

 

If you use UB then UB I think overrides the LSPDFR backup menu but sometimes it doesn't.  I would type NONE where it says B.

 

The UB go to your mian GTAV folder again and then Plugins then LSPDFR and then open the Ultimate Backup configuration file, not the folder.  When you open the config file the lines to change Ultimate Backup Menu are one of the first ones listed.

Hi so I think I found the issue. If you are using FirstCallouts there is an option in the INI file which says-

 

//You need to press this button 3 times. it activates your panic button (It also has an integration with Ultimate Backup)
//You can set this to None if you don't want this feature.
QuickPanicButtonKey = U

 

Hopefully this fixes the problem. 

Check to make sure you do not have another trainer installed.  Sometimes when you install other scripts or mods, they include other trainers.  For example Script Hook V has Native Trainer which you do not need as well.
