    Actually, the plates, unAndreas San Andreas, cannot be changed. And such feature would require a looping timer to be active, checking for pedestrians, cars and generating fake plate info. Such feature is far too resource intensive to be added - sorry. For a license scanning system that is.

    Additionally, it is not possible to edit the police computer to add or remove things.

    An alternative would be to check a fake-plate when pulling over a vehicle.

    Whilst checking the driver's ID/licence, it (LCPDFR not MDC) could check for any outstanding warrants and generate random stuff.
