Does anyone know how to replace or install the siren lightbar?

Idk if it's true but I just want to know how do I replace the siren lightbar on a police and how do I install it right in openiv?? I downloaded a few but no instructions on how to install them in the folder!!

You cannot replace a lightbar (the physical object) using OpenIV; you'll need zmodeler in order to do that.

Replacing sirens (the sound) is mostly editing your x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf file; this is a bit more involved and involves extracting everything to a folder, replacing the file hash you want to change (see this thread for more information) and going back to your modded RESIDENT.rpf and right-click > "Import OpenFormats...", then selecting the folder.
