Theirs is no fix the only thing you can do is wait until they update it

My rage plugin hook won’t load properly and I have all the latest updates. I just wanna play LSPDFR with no issues. Any ideas on how to make it work again?

Tried without the mod folder and still does not start nor the loading screen. however i noticed this in the task manager, only i have no idea where to fix it.

If u have Menyoo installed, remove it.

To everyone with crashes, go to Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks and check if mpvinewood and patchday21 are in there, chances are they arent.
Dont forget to add them to the dlclist either. (If you have openIV it asks you to copy the new Update.rpf into your mods folder, DO THIS then you wont have to add the mpvinewood and patchday21, make sure that you add your addons back to it too.

Do you know the pathways to see if these dlc folders exist?? Just wondering.

The original is GTA > Update > x64 > dlcpacks there are these DLC folders
Then you copy them to GTA > Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks

Then you check if the folder you moved are in the dlclist.xml in mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>dlclist.xml (right click > edit)
It should look something like <item>dlcpacks:/patchday21ng/</item>

and <item>dlcpacks:/mpvinewood/</item>

My game keeps on saying this even if I uninstalled all my mods

Yeah this is happening to my game too. I feel like the mod broke thanks to the Diamond Casino and Resort DLC. Installer doesn't change anything, Uninstalling and Reinstalling doesn't work. Please fix. and don't make the solution so advanced to where we have to go to 50 sites only to find that it won't work.

Everything seems to be in order when I launch but my frame rates are in the toilet. Anyone having issues? I'm still using Make Visuals Great Again so I'm wondering if that's sapping my resources.

I am also having a issue with ragehook. When i start it for the first time for some reason windows suspends the app and ragehook closes. Anyone know what could cause that issue?

instalação normal ao iniciar gta ele abre e em seguida fecha falando que deu um erro      Grand theft auto5 parou de funcionar

I have resolved my own issue. Took patience for me to do it. 

New version may need to be made... not sure what Rockstar did but I am unable to actually play the LSPDFR mod, launching without Ragehook starting up will make GTA V work fine but map will be mostly empty (like you have to explore again) and the PD Icons won't pop up.

I can safely say that's an issue on your end, the new version has already been made and people aren't having that issue.
