I've heard iRacing is pretty good.

Although I haven't found the money to try it yet.

Just remembered another one.

Need For Speed: World - A free to play MMO that combines the maps of Most Wanted and Carbon with over 80 licensed cars thrown in

Processor: Intel i5-6600 @ 3.30GHz

i think this dude is talking about simulations :D

when it comes to simulations for PC:

GTR2: a little old but a huge modding community that keeps the game up to date

NASCAR 03 (If you like NASCAR..old too but like GTR2 it has a big community fan base)

if you want something new you could always go with the newer SimBin (about the best studio when it comes to PC Racing Simulation) Games

The newest one is Race Injection: http://www.simbin.com/games/race-injection/

Like GTR 2 it has a big community.

If you want to now more about those games just click the link above or watch some youtube videos

also worth trying RFactor and IRacing.
