im using the CHP megapack all the other vehicles replace except the police 3 it stays the standard texture and wont update ive tried to put it in all the patchdays and in the x64e but after i put it in the x64e my game just updates and the police 3 is still the same. please help me

I use OpenIV and a mods folder, and my location of my working police cars are found in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday20ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf, inside the vehicles.rpf file.

please use this:

but before installing, backup your gameconfig.xml in GTA5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data so that after the installation you can insert you gameconfig again. This installs an outdated one so not advisable to keep it.

With this, you can insert all your cars (replaces and addons) in one single folder. Save it as a favorite in OpenIV and voila. I can assure you, all cars will be installed properly with this method.
