Anyone else having issues with prisoner transport? Can I get some support on this please?

    ...I call transport, it turns up, prisoner (sort of) gets in the back of the transport vehicle but then gets back out, goes back to following me around while the transport vehicle drives away, and then the prisoner disappears. Meanwhile I get the message saying the prisoner has been picked up. Anyone...?

I made this short video to demonstrate what I mean...

This is kind of annoying as it kinda spoils the immersive experience. Is this a known issue, is there a fix coming?

UPDATE: I've had a comment on my YouTube, someone else has the same issue, so not just me then!

Need some support here! Is anyone going to respond? If you don't have an answer / fix, just say that! It's better  than ignoring me!

This is a very common bug.... I've seen it a lot of LSPDFR videos in the past.

this issue most probably is caused by a conflict with another plugin.

 

try to run only LSPDFR (remove all plugins, and see if it still happens...

 

if it's fine then you can add plugin one-by-one until you encounter the issue, which mean the last added plugin is the culprit.

Try reinstall, and as well check the ini file

OR make a list of what you are using and I can see what I can do

I recently added Police Partner and Interaction+ so I removed those to see if it made a difference, but unfortunately no change. This is what I'm left with...

 

I've updated all the Albo stuff for v0.4.2, except PoliceSmartRadio, I always call transport by hitting the 8 key, not PoliceSmartRadio. Aside from this everything was working fine, with all the same plugins before the new version of LSPDFR, the transport action / code may be initiated (in some cases, but not mine) by a plugin, but it's an LSPDFR action / code so that makes me think LSPDFR is the culprit. Any further thoughts / suggestions?

i see that your police transport is coming from arrest manager.

i don't use arrest manager to call transport. i use stop the ped and it works fine.

unfortunately stop the ped is no longer an option

The way I see is very simple. Some plugins won't work properly mainly because LSPDFR 0.4 has already that option available. I also have arrestmanager installed and I use it mainly for the tow truck. As for the prisoner transport,I use the LSPDFR in-built option for transportation. A lot of people start complaining about plugins and their fps drops,but in reality is a very simple fix to that: use the vanilla LSPDFR options if you can ,don't count only on plugins if it's not neccesary.

You make me happy !  But what is the name of the author? Was it Albo? Because on his profile page isn't any link 😞

I'm using stop the ped. I have the same issue. Really annoying. Still no fix?? Works fine if you call from the stop the ped menu but that only works for single prisoners. When you use 8 and choose the multi this happens.

As far as I can tell, you are using some kind of mod or script to get prisoner transport...

 

What happens if you call for a regular transport backup through the backup menu ("B" key by default)? Never had any trouble at all with it.
